About The Role

Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Advisory, the role is an integral one in ensuring the effective operation of the Talent Advisory Service line. You will manage and coordinate the administrative aspects of the Talent Advisory team, making proactive decisions that will help the team deliver to agreed timelines. Offering one-on-one support to the Global Head of Talent Advisory, you will be involved in a range of exciting and challenging projects as the business evolves. As Divisional Coordinator, your responsibilities will be inextricably tied to the projects the team is working on and your input in assisting the team to deliver for our expanding client base will be highly valued.

The Talent Advisory team are based in various locations globally but this role will be based in our Global Service Centre in Manila to provide the greatest span of support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and project support to the Global Head of Talent Advisory and/or specific project work as per instruction
  • Support the client delivery teams across Talent Advisory by assisting them in managing their workflow and enhancing their administrative processes
  • Carry out meeting administration for all Talent Advisory related meeting requirements including coordinating diaries, travel management, booking rooms, equipment and pre-meeting documentation
  • Attend (where possible) and take formal minutes of meetings relating to the Talent Advisory team to form part of best practice governance
  • Assist the Global Head of Talent Advisory in the management of a range of projects that are in flight to support the growth of the service line and offer support in the coordination of those project requirements
  • Liaise with project teams and/or other key stakeholders regarding arrangements for meetings relating to those key projects
  • Build and maintain valuable relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely information and updates on arrangements to the team and external collaborators
  • Work on own initiative on a day-to-day basis, autonomously, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate person
  • Comment on procedures to identify where improvements can be made and introduce local processes to ensure the projects run smoothly
  • Assisting in the development of presentation documents both for internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post that could be reasonably required

Who You Are

  • A background in project support or as EA is required
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience
  • Advanced MS Office suite knowledge, including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • Excellent time management and process efficiency focus
