Key Responsibilities

1.Disbursements Management

Oversee and process all company disbursements, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and operating expenses. Ensure all payments are properly approved, documented, and accurately recorded.

2.Collections Management

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely collections. Prepare aging reports and recommend actions to improve cash flow.

3.Tax Compliance

Prepare, review, and ensure timely filing and payment of all required taxes, including withholding taxes, VAT, and income tax. Maintain compliance with BIR and other regulatory agencies.

4.Financial Recording & Reporting

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules related to disbursements, collections, and taxes. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

5.Regulatory & Audit Support

Prepare documentation and schedules required for internal audits, external audits, and tax examinations.

6.Internal Controls

Implement and monitor internal controls over cash management, disbursements, and collections to prevent errors, fraud, or non-compliance.

7.Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and government agencies regarding payment issues, collections, and tax matters.

8.Process Improvement

Identify and recommend improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
