Lead the planning, designing, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and infrastructure components.
Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including training, and performance evaluation.
Oversee the administration and support of Odoo system and other applications.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard data and systems of the company.
Contribute to the development of the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap. Align technology initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Evaluate and select technology solutions that meet business requirements.
Participate in IT budgeting and resource allocation. Optimize costs while ensuring effective IT operations and technological advancement.
Provide training and technical support to employees on systems and technology.
Generate reports on IT performance, system uptime, security incidents, and project status.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to implement, upgrade, and maintain the Odoo system as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in IT management, systems administration, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and technology trends. Strong background in Odoo system is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management expertise to lead technology initiatives and projects.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
