Job description:

• Have knowledge and be passionate about the products/services offered
• Achieve personal sales target and contribute to the achievement of the outlet target
• Provide positive customer experience by addressing customer enquiries, and recommending potential products and services depending on their needs
• Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers’ concerns
• Effectively execute any outlet promotions to increase sales revenue and customer experience
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
• Prepare sales and service reports for the outlet as required by the outlet manager
• Participate, prepare and carry out daily opening/closing as well as stock take according to SOPs as required
• Participate in ad-hoc roadshows and events to ensure successful sell-out target achievement
• Ensure cleanliness of the outlet and maintain proper display of the retail fixtures and demo units
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail industry
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• 5 working days, 3 shift morning, afternoon and full shift
