Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and promote products in-store.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming work area.
• Assist in daily retail operations, such as stock taking and inventory checks.

Job Requirements

• Enthusiastic, confident, and approachable personality.
• Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset.
• Passionate about smart glasses technology.
• Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay with good communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a mall environment.
• 6-day work week with 1 rotational off day.
