About Us:
VME Cooperate is a dynamic and growing property agency committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Present and promote property listings offered by the agency.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales or property consultant team.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role (preferably in real estate).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer literacy
- Fluent in Malay and other local languages (added advantage).
