We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with Web3 expertise to join our core product team. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for blockchain wallets, , and decentralized prediction platforms. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and blockchain engineers, you will deliver clean, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for a global Web3 audience.

• Design UI and interaction flows for Web3 products (wallets, DApps, prediction markets, etc.).
• Conduct user research and leverage feedback to improve UX and information architecture.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand and product consistency.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, interaction diagrams, and design documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative design concepts to products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with proven Web3 product design portfolio.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and interaction animation tools (a plus).
• Deep understanding of Web3 user behavior, wallet interactions, on-chain asset management, and DApp flows.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms; ability to work independently on end-to-end design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience designing for Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchains, wallets, or decentralized applications.

Knowledge of crypto ecosystems (DeFi, NFT, DAO, RWA).

Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
