职位描述
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Preparing invoicing and customer service
- Taking record of customer complaints , coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed
- Knowledge on Auto count is added advantages
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work at Seelong
- Salary is based on Experience
