  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, assist in billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bank services, attention to detail, handling billing statements, sales invoices, and data entry tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, proactive, organized, and a team player.
