  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Organize office procedures and maintain records
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Provide support with daily administrative tasks

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent organizational abilities, detail-oriented, the ability to multitask, and effective communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, performing data entry tasks, and supporting staff with administrative duties as needed.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role, standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
