职位描述

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Handle general office tasks and support team members as needed.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within homeowner's associations or condominium operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, cash management, procurement, and inventory management. Strong abilities in clerical tasks, document control, and detail orientation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage purchase requests, assist in cash management, maintain inventories, and ensure effective document handling.
  • Working Conditions: 8:30Am- 5:30PM, Mon-Sat, half day on Sat.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and effective communicator.
