- Design and develop architectural plans and structures.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure design meets their needs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Utilize software tools for design and visualization.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and materials.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of professional architecture experience.
- Experience in high-rise, mid-rise residential and hospitality projects
- With UAE project Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Revit, Architectural Design, BIM 360, and 3D Modeling; capable of producing detailed production drawings.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Lead project coordination, manage architectural design processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Working Conditions: Work from home Set up with availability of virtual clients meetings and with dedicated remote workspace and stable connection
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, creativity, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Applicants should be in NCR, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, selected areas of Quezon and Bulacan.
