A. ADMINISTRATIVE

• Drafting of construction policy for approval of Business Unit Admin
• Timely submission of required reports.
• Checking of reports of subordinates in g drive.

B. PROJECT PRE CONSTRUCTION

• Involve in project planning with Architect, Owner and Legal for documentation.
• Draft review and update BID plans.
• Provide the minimum standard required by the developer on MEPF and civil works to bidders.
• Provide Budgetary 

C. PEER REVIEW

• Review MEPF design of architect, quantity and specification. Review and approve BID document prior to bidding.
• Ensure that designs are in compliance with government requirements both on building code and city ordinance.

D. ENDORSE WINNING CONSTRUCTOR

• Prepare BID document and review contract prior to endorsement to BOD.
• Review and sign for construction plan to be used during construction

E. QA AND QC

• Conduct weekly site visits to conduct an audit that the construction plan submitted is being implemented properly on site.
• Provide weekly construction audits and provide direction on industry best practice as recommendations to follow.
• Provide leadership and audit to Construction Admin
• Approved billing and endorse change order to BOD.

F. CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

• Monitor and ensure site monitoring and purchases are being followed as per procedure and policy.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time.
• Provide weekly monitoring of Gantt chart and ensure timely completion of projects.

G. POST CONSTRUCTION

• Set a minimum turn over standard for contractors and implement those standards.
• Conduct testing and commissioning, validate and attest result, document result and safe keep.
• Provide safety markers, visual instruction, monitoring according to industry standard and best practices.
• Ensure and attest that the facility has gone through government testing and approval.

H. TRAINING

• Provide options for preventive maintenance/contractor for PMO.
• Provide regular training on safety of equipment, update industry best practices on preventive maintenance procedure and update government rules and regulation and ordinance.

Education

• Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License in Civil Engineering/ Architectural 

Experience/s

• 1-2 years of experience as Engineering Manager or equivalent
