职位描述

We’re looking for a Store Supervisor who will lead day-to-day retail operations and ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting sales and inventory goals.

  • Supervise and guide store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and manage store inventory; coordinate with Inventory Officer and Sales Head for stock replenishment
  • Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
  • Ensure proper execution of upselling strategies, discounts, promos, and loyalty programs
  • Validate transactions and coordinate with Accounting for payment processing
  • Train new staff and monitor individual performance
  • Support the team in achieving overall goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management

职位要求

  • Proven experience in retail or supervisory role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Willing to assist with physical tasks such as organizing stocks and lifting merchandise as needed
