Qualifications & Requirements

We require passion, discipline, and excellent work ethic.

Must-Haves

• 1–3 years of software development experience OR strong self-taught background
• Solid understanding of basic programming concepts (any language)
• Interest in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Reliable internet connection + backup solution
• Ability to commit full-time to US business hours (8 PM – 6 AM PH time)

Nice-to-Haves

• Bootcamp or self-taught coding background
• GitHub portfolio or personal projects
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, or Git
