Penerangan

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment, lighting, power systems, and other building facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and basic mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other general building systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, health codes, and electrical/building regulations.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and service reports.
Assist in facility improvement projects, renovations, or installations.
Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when necessary.
Support the hospital’s infection control policies by ensuring all work areas are clean and safe.

Syarat-syarat

NC II Certificate in Electrical Installation or Building Maintenance (TESDA-accredited).
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in facility or hospital maintenance is preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and general maintenance practices.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
