- Plumbing - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in assigned site (hospital or school).
- Masonry - Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom and/or showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing / masonry / electrical emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, walls, hallway tiles etc. as directed by Bldg. Administrator
- Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
- Open to do other building maintenance tasks as required
- Willing to be assigned in CASA BOCOBO HOTEL
