- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
