• Attend to unit owners/tenants call for repairs and maintenance in terms of Electrical, Plumbing and ACU Cleaning, etcs.
• Implement projects for repairs, maintenance and improvements.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness inside machine rooms (e.g. pumps and elevators) and roof deck/rain catchment
• Pool maintenance and cleaning
• Check all pumps: booster, jockey, fire, pool pump.
• Monitor water supply.
• Elevator maintenance and cleaning.
• Messengerial works.
• Maintaining cleanliness in Fire exits (21F-P)
• Conduct roving to check maintenance concerns (e.g. popped-up tiles, busted lights, damaged walls and windows)
• Switching on lights and signages; report damages and/or replace busted lights.
• Switching off lights and signages.
• Assistance on pumping of water to fill tanks

Weekly: Sump pit (Sundays)

Monthly: Pest control (Sundays), Water meter reading (19th)

Annually: Tank cleaning (Lenten season).

• Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance
• Knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor issues
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends or holidays as needed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of work experience
