职位描述

  • Identify and qualify potential clients; schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Research clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot to maintain a quality lead pipeline.
  • Generate leads and support the sales process.
  • Manage a lead database and conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage leads to qualify them and handle follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on targeted campaigns and report on outreach activities.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales; VA/BPO experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and email outreach.
  • Strong communication skills and cold calling experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.
