Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce services
Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting offerings and handling objections
Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine and improve sales strategies

Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but not required (training provided)
Confidence and persuasive skills to handle objections and close deals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory)
