  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
  • Meet established performance metrics and targets.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
