Description

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document call details and customer interactions accurately.
  • Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language, strong organizational skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent people skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
