职位描述

Responsible for handling daily cash transactions, processing customer payments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial reports. The cashier ensure all financial dealings are handled with the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.


  • Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions from customers for vehicle sales, service and parts.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
  • Safekeep and balance cash drawers and daily collections.
  • Deposit daily collections to the bank assigned.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, ang monthly financial report to the management.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash discrepancies or shortages.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in basic administrative task related to finance and accounting.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth transaction processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

职位要求

  • Must be a resident of Davao City
  • Graduate of any Business-related course (Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, etc.)
  • With 2-3 years of proven experience as cashier, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to details, accuracy, and organization skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times.
  • Responsible, Reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately
