Position: Call Center Agent/CSR

Job Type: Full-Time | Shifting Schedule

Location: Within Metro Manila


We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Telco (Chat) Agents. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.
