Job Responsibilities:

1. Twitter Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s official Twitter account, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and follower engagement to increase engagement and brand influence.

2. Content Planning & Creation: Develop monthly/quarterly social media content plans based on industry trends and product features; create and publish high-quality English tweets, image-text posts, and short-form videos.

3. KOC Content Support: Identify Web3 ecosystem trends and tailor high-quality content for KOCs (e.g., data-driven analysis templates, Twitter thread frameworks) to support their personal output and follower growth; monitor KOC content performance (engagement rate, follower increase).

4. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track operational metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, conversion rate), produce regular analytical reports, and continuously optimize content and collaboration strategies based on data insights.

5. Community & Event Planning: Plan and execute online interactive activities (e.g., AMAs, topic discussions, Twitter Spaces) to strengthen community cohesion; manage the full process of collaborative content follow-up and review.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of Web3 content creation experience, with proven expertise in managing personal Twitter accounts (with at least 5,000 followers or demonstrable success cases) or in writing Web3 research reports/news for media publications.

2. In-depth understanding of Web3 subfields such as DeFi, MEME, and SocialFi.

3. Excellent copywriting, planning, execution, and data analysis skills.

4. Highly trend-sensitive, creative thinker, exceptional communication and coordination abilities, strong team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
