·       Provide prompt and efficient customer support through multiple channels (phone, email) while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

·       Address customer issues and complaints, resolving them efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

·       Guide customers in account setup, updates, and troubleshooting account-related issues.

·       Maintain deep product knowledge to be able to assist customers.

·       Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, in the client’s system.

·       Ensure continuous end-to-end support to deliver seamless and satisfying customer experience.

·       Fresh Graduates in any course/SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.

·       Computer literate can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

·       Good communication skills (English; written and verbal)

·       Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.

·       Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
