What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues

What You Bring to the Role:

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education
• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer proficiency
• Willingness to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM
