  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide solutions to product or service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.


职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress effectively.
