职位描述

  • Assist walk in customer 
  • Manage queue at the branch 
  • Assists client with inquires relating service
  • Record and monitor all service inquiries receive from our branch
  • Promote company service offer including attachment ( ram, OW parts, hard drive and adapter )
  • Ensure the correctness of services offered to client
  • Close and achieve a monthly target given by the top management
  • Ensure to gather all customer information correctly
  • Coordinate with respective department if needed to solve issue and concern of the customer
  • Solve customer complaints, following up/touch base with current/previous customer by doing follow up calls
  • Ensure 100% updated your internal monitoring 
  • Ensure all your back out report and inquiries should be put in the CRM

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and team-oriented.
