Job Description: Customer Relations Officer (Automotive Industry)
Role Summary:
The CRO serves as the dealership’s goodwill ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction across sales and after-sales services. They act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, resolving concerns, promoting loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
1–3 years in customer service; automotive or hospitality background preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management
Traits
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to customer satisfaction
Language
Strong written and verbal English; Filipino fluency is a plus
