We’re Hiring: Join a Global Leader in STEAM Education!

Location: Baguio City

Work Schedule: Five days a week | Night Shift

Openings: 20 Customer Support Specialists + 1


Employer: our client is a world-renowned STEAM education provider committed to empowering educators and learners through hardware, software, and curriculum tools that make learning hands-on and engaging. To support its growing international user base, the company is now establishing a Global Customer Service Center in Baguio City.


Salary: USD 600–800/month (based on experience)


  • Lead the customer support team during night shifts, focusing on technical support for xTool laser cutting and engraving products used by customers in the US and Europe.
  • Monitor service quality, streamline workflows, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set team KPIs and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Provide regular training to enhance team performance and professionalism.


Work schedule: 11pm to 8AM, five days per week.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a customer service or technical support team.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; must be comfortable working night shift
