Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks and data cleansing tasks, such as removing duplicates and correcting inconsistencies.
Manage internal data systems, organizing and maintaining data points for easy access and retrieval.
Maintain data integrity across all databases and platforms by developing and following data validation procedures
Design and create data visualizations to communicate findings and trends to non-technical stakeholders.
Develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
Update visual reports based on the needs of different departments, ensuring data presentation is clear and accessible.
Prepare reports to support operational decisions.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
Provide assistance in managing transactions and sales processes.
Serve as a point of contact for client shop integration issues.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
Preferably with experience in data analysis or related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, or specialized software like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and insights.
Ability to work meticulously with data to ensure accuracy and precision.
