- This role requires a highly motivated, strategic and data-driven individual to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, and remarketing strategies and will be responsible for driving customer engagement and conversions through innovative and effective campaigns.
- Main areas of focus typically includes:
- Lead Generation Strategy and Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, search engines, etc.) to meet monthly lead generation targets (e.g., qualified leads per month).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze landing pages, ad copy, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates by at least X% within the first six months, ensuring a consistent increase in client acquisition.
- Paid Advertising Performance
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve a defined cost-per-lead (CPL) or return on ad spend (ROAS) within budget constraints.
- Content Marketing ROI
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies that drive measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions, with a target of increasing website visits by X% and achieving a specific number of client inquiries monthly.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and client acquisition costs, ensuring strategies align with achieving a business growth goal of X new clients per quarter.
- Identify trends from reports from various marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media dashboards, etc.)
- Campaign Planning and Strategy
- develop new marketing campaigns, setting objectives, defining target audiences, and outlining budgets.
- Track the performance of live campaigns across different channels (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, etc.) and make adjustments as needed.
- How does it look like on a daily basis:
- You will collaborate/contribute to the collective work & impact of customer engagement towards conversion.
- You will initiate and support programs to improve the quality of engagements across all channels
- You are responsible for the delivery of content or communications in different channels; as required.
- You will implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting and Remarketing will be required.
- You will be a major contributor in developing campaign-related materials.
- You will identify target audiences using ad management tools in channels you manage and deliver paid campaigns efficiently and effectively to ensure we reach our objectives at reasonably acceptable costs.
- You will leverage metrics and analytics in decision-making; and share these insights with the team.
- The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders on various campaigns.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate Manager as required to meet the business needs
