YASBe Social Media & Community Manager
Role: Social Media & Community Manager
Location: Remote / USA
Team: Growth / Community
YASBe is building global payments infrastructure powered by Stablecoins, AI routing, and Web3 rails.
But infra alone doesn’t build trust — community does. We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands Web3 culture, and knows how to turn product, ideas, and moments into conversations across X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Own
1. Social ChannelsYou’ll run YASBe’s core channels:
• X (Twitter): real-time thoughts, threads, ecosystem engagement
• LinkedIn: founder voice, partnerships, credibility
• Instagram: brand energy, behind-the-scenes, short-form storytelling
• YouTube: short videos, explainers, event clips, micro-drama contentYou’ll:
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Ship daily / weekly content
• Adapt tone per platform (no copy-paste vibes)
2. Community (Telegram & Discord)
• Be the front line of YASBe’s community
• Moderate and manage Telegram & Discord
• Set the tone: helpful, transparent, respectful, Web3-native
• Answer questions, route issues, collect feedback
• Help turn users into contributors and advocates
3. Content & Storytelling
• Write posts, threads, announcements, captions
• Help script short videos and reels
• Break down complex topics:
o Stablecoins
o cross-border payments
o compliance (without killing the vibe)
• Turn long content (decks, blogs, whitepapers) into snackable formats
4. Brand & Vibe Control
• Protect YASBe’s voice across all channels
• Balance:
o Web3 culture & authenticity
o Institutional-grade credibility
• Know when to be fun, when to be serious, and when to shut down FUD calmly
5. Growth & Feedback Loop
• Track what’s working (and what’s not)
• Share insights with product & marketing teams
• Help shape campaigns, launches, and narratives
• Spot trends early and move fast
Who You Are
You probably:
• Spend way too much time on X, Telegram, Discord
• Understand Web3 and Fintech culture, etiquette, and drama
• Can write clearly and confidently in English
• Aren’t scared of fast-moving chats and time zones
• Enjoy talking to usersMust-Haves
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Web 3, payments, banking fields
• Master Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience running social media or communities in Web3 / crypto / fintech
• Strong writing skills (English required, other languages a bonus)
• Deep familiarity with: X, Telegram, Discord, Crypto / Web3 ecosystem basics
• High ownership mindset — you see something broken, you fix it
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with tools like Canva, Notion, Buffer, Notebook, Kimi, Manus, Photoshop, Hootsuite, etc.
• Comfortable coordinating designers, product managers, commercial team, and video editors
• Understanding of compliance-sensitive messaging
