职位描述

  • Assist in gathering and documenting accident/incident details from involved parties
  • Maintain and update accident logs, claim files, and tracking systems
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for claim processing
  • Support the scheduling of vehicle inspections, drug testing, or other post-incident procedures
  • Compile reports and statistics for management review
  • Assist in follow-up on open claims and pending documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and DOT reporting requirements

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, data analysis, and data entry.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in administrative tasks, manage data records, and support team projects.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours.
