  • Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
  • Assess and monitor individual progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education best practices.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, creativity, patience, and knowledge of child development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, foster a safe learning environment, and assess children’s progress.
  • Working Conditions: Classroom setting with children aged 2-5, typically during school hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passionate about teaching, nurturing, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively.
