  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Provide guidance on employee rights and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate training on conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential records and reports related to employee concerns.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in coaching; expertise in performance and process management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and implement leadership development programs.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may require occasional travel for training or meetings.
