3. Reconciliation and Reporting

(b) Prepare detailed fixed asset reports for financial statements and management, including asset summaries, depreciation expense, and net book value.

4. Asset Audits and Physical Verification

(a) Conduct periodic physical asset verifications and audits, coordinating with other departments to ensure accuracy.

(b) Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified in asset audits and implement process improvements as needed.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

(a) Work closely with purchasing, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of asset information.

(b) Assist in budgeting and forecasting for asset purchases and capital expenditures.

6. Compliance and Process Improvement

(a) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls for asset management.

(b) Identify and implement process improvements for asset tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.

- 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or finance, preferably within the online gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort industry.

- Proven experience in fixed asset management, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation processes.

- Familiarity with asset audit processes and conducting physical verifications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification preferred.
