职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor & Guest Services: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors/guests; manage check-ins/outs; provide information on services, location, or hotel amenities.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls; take messages; handle emails and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, maintain filing systems, data entry.
  • Office Management: Keep the front desk area clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies (pens, forms, etc.); monitor and order office supplies.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client/guest issues and complaints calmly and efficiently; escalate serious issues to management.
  • Financial Tasks (Hotels/Retail): Process payments, balance cash drawers, handle room charges. 

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Customer Service: Friendly, professional, approachable, patient, and empathetic.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time, and maintain order.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with office equipment (phones, computers, printers) and software.
  • Professionalism: Positive attitude and professional appearance.
