- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries effectively.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support office staff as needed.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk environment.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Maintain front desk operations and organization
- Must be graduate of any 4-years course
- with pleasing looks and personality
- strong management and coordination skills
- Excellent in English(verbal/written)
- Must be willing to be assigned at Quezon Avenue
