Build Wealth, Not Just a Salary

We offer a unique compensation model that rewards both immediate contribution and long-term success:

90-Day Structured Trial Period (Non-Negotiable)

A proven ramp-up path with guaranteed monthly increases:

• Days 1-30: $800 flat ($5/hr equivalent)

• Days 31-60: $1,000 flat ($6.25/hr equivalent)

• Days 61-90: $1,200 flat ($7.50/hr equivalent)

Monthly raises are guaranteed with solid performance and remaining in good standing.

Post-Trial Compensation

• Base Rate: $8-$12/hour based on performance ($1,280-$1,920/month full-time)

• Revenue Sharing: 1-6% of revenue on EVERY project you help complete

• Shares are stackable - work on 3 projects, earn from all 3

• Lower base salary = higher revenue share percentage

• This is ongoing passive income, not a one-time bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST hours (9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time)

Duration: Long-term engagement with growing earning potential
