As a development engineer for real estate AI services, you will handle both our proprietary services and client-based development projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Front-end development for real estate AI services
• Back-end development for real estate AI services
• Commissioned development projects (addressing client requirements)
• Detailed design and test plan design
• Code reviews and quality management
• General tasks related to both in-house and commissioned development

• Front-end: Next.js / React.js
• AI coding agents: Claude Code / Copilot / Cursor, etc.
• Python / Golang (project-dependent)
• GCP / AWS / Azure (project-dependent)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Development experience with Next.js or React.js

• Development experience with Python and/or Golang
• Experience developing applications integrating large language models (LLMs)
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure (project-dependent)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Database design experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)-oriented development
• Real estate industry knowledge and a real estate transaction specialist license (Takken)
• Experience designing Redis schemas
