Responsibilities

1. Partner Integration

Lead the technical integration of APIs and SDKs with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners.

Support partners throughout the entire integration lifecycle, from sandbox testing to mainnet deployment.

2. Backend Development (Golang)

Design, develop, and optimize high-concurrency backend services in Go to support real-time pricing, routing, and trade execution.

Ensure system performance, scalability, and low-latency response under production loads.

3. Technical Advocacy and Communication

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external engineering teams.

Proactively communicate via Telegram, Discord, and asynchronous channels to remove integration blockers, explain system architecture, and gather feedback.

4. Protocol and API Mapping

Understand and implement multiple API standards, including REST, WebSocket, and gRPC, to ensure compatibility with various partner architectures.

Translate partner requirements into internal technical solutions.

5. Reliability and Ownership

Own the integration process end-to-end: testing, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization.

Continuously improve system stability, observability, and integration reliability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience building scalable backend systems with Go.

2. Solid understanding of goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, and microservices architecture.

3. Familiarity with the EVM ecosystem, JSON-RPC, and blockchain node interactions.

4. Understanding of exchange mechanisms and signing standards (e.g., EIP-712).

5. Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.

6. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and high-availability system design.

7. Experience designing or integrating complex, high-traffic APIs, preferably within financial or trading systems.

8. Educational background from 211/985/QS200 institutions.
