Description

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, store openings, and digital content.
• Produce high-quality designs for print and digital platforms, including posters, banners, social media materials, packaging, and in-store visuals.
• Ensure all design outputs strictly follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Lead and oversee the production of visual materials from conceptualization to final output, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
• Review, refine, and approve design drafts, ensuring quality standards are met before release or printing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to improve creative direction and enhance the company’s visual identity.
• Provide guidance and creative direction to junior designers or freelancers when necessary.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong branding skills, and knowledge of multimedia design
• Responsibilities and Duties: Able to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
