Provide support to visual communication needs and services.
Create graphic designs according to guidelines to achieve desired results.
Develop design concepts and methods to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, newspapers, advertisements, motion video graphics, websites, TV commercials, point-of-purchase marketing materials, event calendars, etc.
Research and prepare specifications and cost estimates for graphic design, colors, materials, and presentations.
Oversee and participate in a variety of graphic projects from concept to completion.
Understand design requirements and produce graphic work accordingly.
Collaborate with other graphic designers or staff for technical guidance or to coordinate the production of graphic materials.
Provide suggestions and ideas to improve design materials.
Use various technologies and mediums to produce high-quality graphic works.
Review and revise the work of junior colleagues.
Maintain a database of images, graphic designs, and artwork for records and future reference.
Report to senior management periodically about the status of projects.
Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines and budgets.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Thorough knowledge of graphic design, layout, and creative visual elements.
Proficient in 3D design.
Creative and artistic in producing a variety of graphic artwork in multiple forms.

Ability to supervise the work of junior team members.
Confident in facing clients and coordinating with them regularly.
Knowledge of interactive technologies to create innovative combinations of software and graphic packages.
Proficient in using various design software and digital media tools to produce graphic work.
Strong ability to plan, coordinate, organize, and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in teams.
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with all levels of staff.
Ability to deliver projects within deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of new technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design.
