Working Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM


Meals & Accommodation: Not provided


Rest Days: 4 days per month

Responsibilities

  • Employee attendance monitoring and tracking
  • Performance evaluation and documentation
  • Payroll preparation and salary disbursement
  • Processing of Philippine visas and related documents
  • Preparation of HR and administrative reports


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • With relevant HR or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Knowledgeable in basic office and HR procedures
