职位描述

Company Overview: A fast-growing e-commerce company known for offering high-quality, affordable products and an excellent digital shopping experience.


Position Overview: We're seeking an organized and motivated HR Administrator to handle daily administrative tasks and support our HR team. This role is ideal for a reliable professional with strong communication skills who wants to grow in the HR field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily HR and administrative support, including maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll tasks like tracking attendance.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle by posting job advertisements, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help organize company events and training sessions.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Experience & Education: Fresh graduates are welcome! Some experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Key Skills: You should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and be proficient with basic office software. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information are also essential.
