- Maintain and repair machinery and mechanical equipment in industrial settings.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in compression molding processes, troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and repair industrial equipment, execute quality control checks, and assist in process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to machinery and noise.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, strong work ethic, and effective communicator.
