1. Responsible for daily back-end module development and maintenance for the exchange (user center, promotions system, referral rebates, data analytics, etc.) 2. Design APIs, handle data processing, and implement business logic according to product requirements 3. Assist in optimizing database schemas and API performance to enhance system stability and response times 4. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure stable operation of the trading platform 5. Collaborate with front-end, QA, and product teams to deliver development tasks on schedule 6. Create and maintain project technical documentation and API specifications Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 2–4 years of back-end development experience 2. Proficient in either Java or Go 3. Familiar with the use and optimization of common databases such as MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB 4. Knowledgeable in RESTful API design; familiar with WebSocket, message queues, and caching mechanisms 5. Experience with layered architecture development; capable of independently owning the development and delivery of a functional module 6. Prior experience in exchange, blockchain, or financial system development preferred 7. Strong coding standards mindset and teamwork skills; able to respond quickly to requirement changes 8. Basic working proficiency in English or Chinese
